Hexagonal architecture is a general-purpose architectural style that aims to create decoupled software in Computer Science. Using this knowledge, the a hexagon is split by its vertices to create its gambrel roof like structure. The project then proceeds to apply the idea of a honeycomb to develop the end result.
CONCEPT
After several much deliberation, the form takes the shape of a gambrel roof. 
The idea was brought about from the hexagonal units forming a honeycomb.
